My Story

Hiya! ^-^ I am 18 years old and 5 feet 2 inches 1 inch (went to the doctor and they said I shrunk -_____-). I just started this blog recently so please bare with me since I am new to this. Weight has always been an important factor in my life. I’ve went through multiple phases in where I went from being a fat lard on the couch that spent the day in the dark playing video games and eating junk food, to being in tip top shape, to suffering from eating disorders which I will always be battling with such as bulimia. Long story short I wanted to be skinny, that’s all I cared about. Constant pressures from pop culture, my family and just the world in general really got to me. Speaking in current terms, the past months of April and May were really rough for me and caused me to pack on more than a few unwanted pounds ;-;. Now, my goal is to be fit and strong. Now, I am doing this for me and no one else. I love to run, play soccer and cycle, but will often dabble in other sports. I really want to take up weight lifting, not to bulk up, but for strengthening purposes.  I personally, adore working out, I can’t seem to fathom why some people are so against it. The adrenaline rush and high that you get while you work out is unlike any other. If you EVER need any help, advice or just someone to talk to about anything (it doesn’t even have to be about fitness) I’m here for you. I promise not to bite :P
