Omg I just tried the greek yogurt protein pancake recipe I posted a couple days ago and it is sooo fluffy, light and delicious. I added blueberries and strawberries into the batter and oh my yum. What I like the most is that they aren’t heavy in your stomach like normal pancakes, they definitely won’t need that much time to digest. Excuse me while I make them for my whole family heehee
WHOOP WHOOP! I’ve made it through 1/4 of the program yeeeeh! Not gonna lie though, there were definetely times where I was like “nah, man, fuck this shit” (especially during plyometrics), but I’m so so so glad I pushed my lazy ass through it. Today was the second Fit Test and oh boy, I do see an improvement (the crossed out numbers are my scores from Fit Test #1):
- Switch kicks:
7094 - Power jacks:
5362 - Power knees:
7990 - Power jumps:
2838 - Globe jumps:
712 - Suicide jumps:
1620 - Push-up jacks:
1524 - Low plank oblique:
4455
I’ve decided that I’m no longer going to weigh myself until maybe the end of this month because every time I would do so, my weight would go up 1-2 pounds which I find incredibly discouraging (I know, I know, its probably because I’m losing fat and gaining muscle mass and since muscle is denser than fat I gain weight blah blah). I do, though, feel so much energized, toned and stronger (just look at the improvement in these scores!) so I’ll just go by measurements for now (update on those coming by the end of this week possibly). I think I’m going to spin for a bit because I just discovered that Jurassic Park is now being shown on BBC (even though its like 1 in the morning now lol, I know I’m going to watch the movie until it ends so might as well workout while I do it instead of sitting on my ass right?).
